Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProjectBanwao's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

ProjectBanwao provides the following services:

  • Mobile application development
  • Custom software solutions
  • Technical consultation and support
User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Use our services for legitimate academic or business purposes
  • Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Communicate professionally with our team
Payment Terms
  • Payment Schedule: 50% advance payment required to start work, 50% upon completion
  • Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
  • Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Late Payments: Projects may be paused for payments overdue by 7+ days
  • Refunds: Subject to our refund policy terms
  • Price Changes: Prices may change with 30 days notice
Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of:

  • Source code and project files
  • Custom designs and graphics created for the project
  • Documentation and user manuals

ProjectBanwao Rights

  • Right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
  • Ownership of our proprietary tools and frameworks
  • Right to use project experience for future improvements
Project Delivery & Revisions

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery times are estimates based on project complexity
  • Delays may occur due to scope changes or technical challenges
  • We provide regular updates on project progress
  • Rush orders available with additional charges

Revisions

  • Up to 3 minor revisions included in project cost
  • Major scope changes will incur additional charges
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • All revisions subject to technical feasibility
Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates laws
  • Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • Harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Spam, malware, or security threats
  • Violation of third-party intellectual property rights
  • Impersonation or fraudulent activities
Limitation of Liability

ProjectBanwao's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or claims
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Client's misuse of delivered products
Termination

Project Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice
  • Client pays for work completed up to termination date
  • Refunds calculated based on work completion percentage
  • All project materials returned upon final payment

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation through agreed mediator
  3. Arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act
  4. Courts in India as final resort
